Shipping policy

We currently ship live betta fish within the United States only.

Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. We use insulated packaging and, when necessary, heat/cool packs to protect the fish during transit.

Shipping rates vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

Tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped. Bettas are usually delivered within 1-3 business days.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. We are not responsible for issues caused by missed deliveries or extreme weather conditions.

Local pickup and hand delivery options are available for customers in Utah.
