Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products (live betta fish), we do not offer returns or refunds. All sales are final.

However, if your fish arrives dead (DOA - Dead on Arrival), you must notify us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos of the unopened bag and the deceased fish. After verification, we will offer a replacement or store credit, excluding shipping costs.

We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier, or if incorrect address information was provided.

Please ensure your tank is cycled and ready to receive a new fish before ordering.
